Hapitalist participates in cross-promotion programs through Substack and other publishing platforms. If you are added to our list through one of these programs, you will receive an email giving you the opportunity to opt out at any time. We do not consider you an active subscriber until you have had the opportunity to opt out and have chosen to remain on the list.

— Deliver personalized advertising through Google and Meta platforms
— Send marketing communications to our mailing list
We do not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties.
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate Hapitalist. These include:
Ghost — our website hosting and membership platform. Ghost processes subscriber and member data to deliver the site and gated content.
Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment transactions. We do not store credit card information on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — our email marketing platform. Kit stores subscriber email addresses and usage data and is used to send marketing communications and sequences.
Substack — used during our platform migration and for ongoing cross-promotion with other Substack publications. Subscribers migrated from Substack or added through Substack cross-promotions are subject to Substack's privacy policy at substack.com/privacy during the transition period.
Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to analyze site traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics collects data including browser information, device type, session statistics, and approximate location. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Other Third-Party Tools — we may use additional third-party tools for analytics, advertising, or site functionality. Where such tools collect personal data, we will endeavor to list them here or notify you through an updated privacy policy.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
